Shocke Bikes Limited Warranty

This Product has been manufactured and tested to the highest quality standards by Shocke Bikes Inc. This Limited Warranty offered by Shocke Bikes Inc covers defects in the material in Shocke Bikes Inc products. This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Only customers? purchasing Shocke Bikes Inc products from Shocke Bikes Inc and authorized dealers by Shocke Bikes Inc may obtain coverage under our limited warranties.

What is Covered? Shocke Bikes Inc warrants this product against defects in materials as follows: Shocke Bikes Inc will replace or repair, at its option, the frame, the battery, the controller, and/or the motor that proves defective because of improper manufacturing for one year from date product is shipped from Shocke Bikes Inc.

How Long Does the Coverage Last? If purchased directly from Shocke Bikes Inc, our warranty period is one year from the date the product(s) is/are shipped from Shocke Bikes Inc. FOB shipping point at Shocke Bikes Inc storage yard. If purchased from an authorized dealer approved by Shocke Bikes Inc, our warranty period is one year from the date of purchase from the authorized dealer approved by Shocke Bikes Inc.

What is not Covered by this Limited Warranty? Damage from abnormal or improper use or design, damage not resulting from defects in material, accident, alteration, neglect, abuse, abrasion, air pollutants, improper service or installation, installation was done by third parties not approved by Shocke Bikes Inc, or damage caused by flood, fire, or act of God is not covered by this limited warranty. In addition to accessories, connected materials and products, or related products not manufactured by Shocke Bikes Inc are not covered by this limited warranty.

What are your Rights? Warranty coverage is not conditional provided you can furnish proof that the products were supplied by Shocke Bikes Inc and meet all of the requirements above.

How Do You Get Service? Contact Shocke Bikes Inc at info@shockebikes.com to arrange a warranty inspection. After the inspection, Shocke Bikes Inc will produce a warranty inspection report which will include a summary of the works to be undertaken to remedy the problem. This document will be signed off by both parties prior to the commencement of any repair work. There is no charge for this inspection. If the bike needs to be shipped to Shocke Bikes Inc for inspection and/or servicing, the purchaser will incur all shipping and necessary costs needed to bring the bike to Shocke Bikes Inc at 7923 Webster Road, Delta, BC, Canada.

General Conditions and Exclusions

The amount of your restitution will not include labor to install or repair the defected components, delivery charges, sales tax or any other charges, nor is Shocke Bikes Inc required to provide such labor or service. 

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Shocke Bikes Inc makes no other express warranties and does not authorize any other person or agent to make any other express warranties. Shocke Bikes Inc neither assumes nor authorizes any other liability or obligation in connection with this product. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, any implied warranty, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to this product is limited in duration to the one year term of this warranty. In no event shall Shocke Bikes Inc be liable for any consequential, special, or incidental damages arising out of or connected with the purchase or use of this product or for any breach of warranty.
