Shipping and Returns
Immediately after placing an order online, you will receive an email confirming the details of your order.
Should the item purchased be unavailable, not in stock or have a longer than usual lead time, a member of our team will reach out via phone or e-mail to find a probable solution.
A tracking number will be emailed as soon as the order is ready for shipping.
If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, please follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Alaska and Hawaii:
Please note, if you live outside the continental USA please call us or write us to get a free quote, additional charges may apply to your shipment.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival and make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrived damaged, please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an exchange for the same item or return.
Damaged shipments may be subject to a 15% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer's policy.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of placing an order. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.

No returns will be accepted if used or not in original packaging and new condition.
Please contact us first before returning any items. We accept returns if it meets the following requirements:
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of original order date.
- Must provide proof of purchase from ElectricBikeRevolution.com
- Must be brand new, never been used
- Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (including all manuals, accessories and other included or bonus items).
- Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Buyer pays for return shipping.
