includes forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes, cables, bottom bracket, crank set, pedals, chain, rims, spokes, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, kick stand, reflectors and hardware for e-JOE electric bicycles; and handlebars, handlebar sleeves, t-bar, stem, positioning pin, dashboard and throttle unit, brake lever, t-bar tightening lever, securing latch, ride board, charging socket, kickstand, rear wheel brake, and hardware for MOMAS electric scooters are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for a 1 year period from the date of original purchase.


Lithium-Ion batteries are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects in materials and/or workmanship for 1 year period from the date of original purchase (cycle life or deep charge up to 70% full capacity).


If an e-JOE bicycle or a MOMAS e-scooter is not working properly because of a major defect within the first 30 days of purchase, e-JOE Bike will repair or replace any defective product at its sole option and expense upon determining whether the damage, failure, or loss is due to a major defect.

e-JOE Bike will have sole discretion to determine whether the damage, failure or loss is due to a major defect or otherwise.


  • This warranty only applies to the original registered owner of an e-JOE bicycle/MOMAS e-scooter and is not transferable.
  • This warranty applies only to e-JOE bicycles/MOMAS e-scooters purchased from and assembled by Authorized e-JOE Dealers.
  • This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, nor to defects, malfunctions, or failures of bicycles subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration modification, and accident or other improper use.
  • To obtain warranty service, the original owner must deliver the bicycle, warranty registration proof and bill of sale to an Authorized e-JOE Dealer.
  • All labor charges for warranty service are the responsibility of the bicycle’s or scooter’s owner.
  • e-JOE shall repair or replace all parts that are found by e-JOE to be defective and covered by the limited warranty.
  • All shipping and freight charges for warranty service will be borne by the original owner.
  • This warranty does not cover any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, modification, improper assembly.
  • This warranty does not include covering normal wear and tear parts (tires, tubes, brake, etc.)
  • This warranty does not cover parts damaged by an attempted repair unless performed by an authorized dealer of e-JOE Bike with e-JOE Bike’s knowledge.
  • e-JOE reserves the right to refuse any warranty claim.
